Internet Explorer Falls Victim To Hacker Assault

A hacker has posted a new attack code that would be used to break into a personal computer running older versions of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer browser.

According to security software and service provider Symantec, the code doesn’t always work correctly, but it might be used to install unapproved software on a victim’s PC. “Symantec has conducted further tests and confirmed that it has effects on Internet Explorer versions 6 and 7″, the company published this information on its site on Saturday (21 Nov 2009).
